**PRODUCTION AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER**

As Production and Maintenance Manager you will manage the production process, with the support of the support areas, ensuring the correct performance of the resources, as well as the quality required by the customers. Through the production supervisors, ensure compliance with production schedules, guaranteeing the safety of personnel that our product meets or exceeds the expectations of our customers.
Plan and manage corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities, promoting and guiding the personnel in charge to carry out the activities of the department through a leadership aligned to the fulfillment of the corporate objectives, also to carry out the premise of continuous improvement with the purpose of maintaining in optimal conditions the equipment and facilities for an adequate operation guaranteeing the fulfillment of the expectations of the internal and external clients of the Toluca FP Plant.

- To assure the daily production volume, without neglecting product quality and safety.
- Zero incidents.
- To comply with customer service indexes.
- Define annual savings plans.
- Define and develop an Annual Maintenance Plan.
- Provide follow-up and/or monitoring of the execution and progress of the annual maintenance plan.
- To form a competitive work team.
- Supervise the technical personnel in the development of their activities under the concept of time and form.
- To guarantee the tools and work equipment, as well as its optimal operation.
- To actively participate in maintaining the SGI Certification.

**About You**
- Minimum 8 Years of experience in a similar position, preferably in industry in the Rubber, Plastics, Metalmechanics or Autoparts Branch, as well as having at least 3 years in maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Advanced English
- Certification in ISO 9001-International Standard for Quality Management System.
- Certification in ISO 14000-International Standard for environmental management.
- Certification in ISO 45001-Mexican Standard for occupational health and safety management.
- IATF Certification-Process oriented quality management system that provides continuous improvement.
- Analysis and problem solving
- Six Sigma
