About The Role In the NA Customer Fulfillment department at Lenovo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers from the moment they place an order until they receive their products. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Backlog Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Verify product availability, pricing, and delivery information.
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding order status, shipping, and delivery times.
Provide clear and timely responses through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, issues, or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or products. Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve complex problems.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions (including customer feedback) and order commits. Alert appropriate teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Position Requirements Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
2~4 years of Supply Chain Experience
Advanced Excel skills.
SAP/S4, PowerBi (Desired)
Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory)
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
Experience in Customer Service
Strong ownership, leadership and sense of urgency.

Proactive and organized.
