This role is ideal for a strategic, project-oriented, and digitally driven individual who understands how to lead the identification, design, and implementation of automation and process optimization initiatives through data tools, programming, and digital technologies. The role contributes to building a more efficient, scalable, and data-driven operating model while promoting the adoption of new technological capabilities, best practices, standardization, and sustainable solutions across commercial areas. Educational requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related field.

Advanced English. Experience:

Experience in technology-related roles, modern processes,



and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Experience in process improvement, automation, analytics, or digital transformation projects.

Skills to succeed

Knowledge of programming tools (Python, VBA, or other programming languages).

Knowledge of RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath, etc.).

Knowledge of the AWS ecosystem.

Knowledge of cloud architectures and services.
