Project Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce freelancer to lead the implementation of Salesforce Pro Suite for our Insurtech company. We need someone with a proven track record configuring, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce for sales, service, and marketing processes. The freelancer must speak Spanish fluently (100%) to train our team and document processes in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Salesforce Pro Suite according to our business and operational needs.

Migrate existing data and ensure data integrity.

Integrate Salesforce with our other tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business, internal systems, external platforms).

Set up workflows, automations, dashboards, and custom reports.

Train our team in Spanish and provide complete process documentation.

Recommend and implement best practices to maximize adoption and ROI.





Candidate Requirements

Proven experience implementing Salesforce (ideally Pro Suite).

Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and automations.

Experience integrating APIs and messaging/CRM tools.

Excellent communication and documentation skills in Spanish.

Ability to work independently and deliver results within set deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience working with fintech or insurtech companies.

Official Salesforce certifications.

Experience designing dashboards and KPIs for commercial teams.
