**General Summary**:
**Responsibilities include**:
- Owning the social media process - what tools we use, what meetings we have, what the workflow looks like, and how the team works together.
- Managing projects that rise above our day-to-day - making sure these large events and campaigns have detailed plans and then owning those plans to keep them on track.
- The main point of content with our Marketing Operations team that owns the internal technology stack - working closely with them to make sure we are taking advantage of the tools and using them properly.
- Liaison with the social agency’s project management team to provide coordination between our teams and holding the agency accountable to our process.
- Foster communications that build trust and credibility internally and externally, including leading meetings, documenting next steps, supporting accountability with follow-ups, sharing work, clarifying feedback, etc.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing,



Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
**Preferred Qualification**
- Advanced communication skills in English
- 5-7 years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with project management tools like Workfront
- Significant project management skills & strong attention to detail
- Project management certification, like a PMP
- Experience working with a social media management system like Sprout Social
- Experience with social media in the tech industry
- Willingness to learn and interest in problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
