At Uplift Talent, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about high-quality accounting standards and looking to take the next step in their career with US-based teams.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Advanced English proficiency, specifically in financial contexts.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or similar roles.
- Proven experience managing U.S. accounting operations. This is a must
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
- Expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including billing, A/R, A/P, general ledger, inventory, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations (US-based)
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies.




- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with the Finance team on audits, special projects, and process improvements.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of accounting operations for U.S.based entities (required)
- Advanced English for finance communication (MUST HAVE)
- 3+ years of experience with US GAAP
- 2+ years working with IFRS
- 1+ year managing U.S. financial operations
**Location**: Colonia Ladrón de Guevara, Guadalajara
**Schedule**: Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m.6:00 p.m.
**Salary Range**: $30,000 - $40,000 MXN/month
