We are looking for an **Impact Coordinator**to join our Impact team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with user
- and stakeholder-based research, developing and coordinating compelling presentations and materials, and supporting the coordination of multi-part projects. They will demonstrate superior collaboration skills, an empathic approach, and the ability to work on a distributed team with a broad range of research, design, and strategic skills.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Coordinate and support various research and strategic projects, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery of outcomes
- Assist with qualitative and user-based research activities—such as interviews, workshops, desk research, and synthesis to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate across and with internal and external stakeholders on projects, engagements and deliverables
- Preparing visually engaging and well-structured deliverables - including presentations, briefing materials, reports, and visual summaries - to support internal priorities and external engagement.
- Supporting the development, implementation and logistics of stakeholder engagement strategies
- Maintain strong organization across multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Contribute to a team culture rooted in care, curiosity, equity, and a desire to create meaningful impact.

**Who You Are**:
**Minimum**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Social Sciences, Public Policy or a related field.
- 3+ year of experience in a similar role
- Experience in user-centered research or participatory engagement approaches
- Experience creating visual and written deliverables
- Advanced English level
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Prior design/participatory research experience
- Able to quickly absorb large amounts of information and logically organize complex information into professionally designed, engaging, and effective segments
- Strong communication skills with internal and external counterparts in an international context
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and open to learning through iteration and collaboration.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of managing details across multiple moving pieces.
- Curious and analytical, with experience in research and using insights to inform action.
- Motivated by work that contributes to social and environmental wellbeing.
- Interested in growing your skills in strategic design, systems thinking, and engagement.
- Proactive attitude with a learning and growth mindset
