**Descripción del empleo**
Bosch San Luis Potosí is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee training, development, and dual education programs in our automotive manufacturing plant. This role is key in fostering a skilled workforce, strengthening talent pipelines, and supporting the professional growth of employees at all levels.
- Design, implement, and manage training and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and integral Bosch standards.
- Oversee technical and soft skills training programs for operational, engineering,



and administrative personnel.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Dual Education Program in collaboration with local universities, technical institutions, and government entities.
- Monitor training needs through regular assessments and performance evaluations.
- Manage training budgets and ensure compliance with legal and Bosch internal requirements.
- Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and return on investment.
- Support internal career development paths and succession planning processes.
- Act as a key liaison between plant operations, HR Business Partners, and Corporate Learning & Development teams.
**Requisitos**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in training and development within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Proven experience managing dual education or apprenticeship programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (German is a plus).
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and training technologies.
