You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams, using data and market insights to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You´ll Do





- Execute local marketing campaigns and brand initiatives aligned with the overall Marketing Mix strategy.
- Drive point-of-sale performance through initiatives focused on traffic, conversion, assortment, and sales growth.
- Analyze sales performance, campaign results, consumer behavior, and commercial KPIs to identify opportunities and generate actionable insights.
- Manage inventory performance to ensure product availability while minimizing stockouts, overstock, and product devaluation.
- Support Sales teams with promotions, execution tools, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate local product launches, promotions, pricing flows, events, and communication activities to strengthen brand visibility and execution excellence.
