We are looking for a knowledgeable **Senior Business Analyst / AI Coach** to guide BA teams in effectively integrating and utilizing AI-driven tools, such as ELITEA, to optimize productivity, enhance the quality of user stories, and identify innovative use cases during discovery.
**Responsibilities**
- Coach and mentor BA teams on advanced AI-assisted best practices and seamless integration into SDLC
- Provide in-depth guidance on leveraging AI-powered tools for creating and refining complex user stories
- Design and implement scalable, AI-driven efficiencies to optimize business analysis workflows across teams
- Develop and deliver advanced training programs, workshops, and tailored coaching sessions on AI adoption in Business Analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align AI-driven initiatives with broader organizational goals and business value
- Evaluate and iterate on AI-driven methodologies by leveraging data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback
- Build and cultivate a community of practice around AI-driven Business Analysis for continuous improvement
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience in Business Analysis of over 3 years
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and scalable design principles
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and strategically guide BA teams on AI adoption and integration
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and drive innovation using AI-based solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences effectively
- Proven ability to stay at the forefront of advancements in AI and incorporate cutting-edge technologies into business analysis practices




- English level B2 or higher to communicate fluently with diverse teams and global stakeholders
