Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Business Excellence Manager_ located in _Guadalajara, North_._
- Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations Engineering, the Business Excellence Manager role involves_ _being responsible for continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization, coaching and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities._
- _ Responsible to eliminate waste and create value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment._
- _ Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process._
- _ Drive and yokoten the identified best practices based on the agreed timelines.



Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs._
- _ Conduct lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture thru out the organization by co-leading and co-facilitating Lean Deployment._
- _ Perform assessment of LMT Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps. Actively participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects._
- _ For assigned special _project/segment/customer_ priorities to formulate and propose strategy of Lean Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and Small Group Activities._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Intermediate-Advanced_ Excel_
- _ Fluent English_
- _ Experience in continuous improvement and 5's methodology_
- _ Availability for travel._
- _ Nice to have Green belt Certification_
- _ Nice to have Lean and six sigma experience._
- _ Current Visa_
