**Position: Recruitment and Sales Development Support Representative (Hospitality Focus)**
Do you have a passion for hospitality and customer service? This position is for you! At **EDS Service Solutions**, we are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team in recruitment and sales with a focus on the hospitality sector.
**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Support**:
- Provide detailed information about positions, including location, compensation, and other relevant details.
- Verify interview schedules, addresses, and payment information using internal tools.
- Resolve issues or redirect calls to appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with regional recruiters and maintain regular follow-up on scheduled interviews.
- Make a minimum of 50+ daily calls and answer 20-30 calls per day.
**Sales Development in Hospitality**:
- Make daily outbound calls to identify and qualify potential leads in the hospitality industry.
- Search and identify potential leads to expand our business
- Interact with decision-makers at hotels, resorts, and event venues to understand their staffing needs.




- Research and build a database of potential clients in the sector.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrates clear, professional, and fluent communication in English over the phone
- Previous experience in sales or recruitment (preferably in hospitality).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Able to conduct persuasive and professional sales calls
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce (preferred).
- Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and commitment to goals.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a required
- Computer literate
- Previous sales experience is required
