**Location: LEÓN, GUANAJUATO Mexico**
**Bookkeeping**
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), including customer invoicing and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial and inventory documentation.
- Organize financial documents for payroll, tax filings and audits.
- Track expenses and receipts.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with monthly closing.
**Operations**
- Prepare production and inventory control reports to support customer needs and sales operations.
- Liaise with partner warehouse and logistics companies to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Support payments and communications with local governmental agencies, law firms, accounting firms and coworking office providers in Mexico.
- Assist with operational procedures and documentation for Achilles Kohoku Latin America.
- Coordinate with the general Achilles Group teams (Japan, China, U.S. & Mexico)

**Requirements**:
**Education/Training**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
**Experience: Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required.**
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and experience with bookkeeping software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to details.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Business-level proficiency in both Spanish and English required.
**Working Conditions**: Office Environment. Onsite position located in León, Guanajuato, México.
**Hours**: 40 hours per week, Day Shift.
**Monthly Salary**: 32,000-42,000 MXN
Pay: $32,000.00 - $42,000.00 per month
