Responsibilities

As US Payroll Analyst your functions would consist of:

- Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Sales
- Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfillment of requirements
- Capture information in payroll systems.
- Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.
- Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance

- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
- Responsible for proper escalation for daily resolution issues
- Deliver services at the defined SLAs/KPIs.
- Continue communication and support with local functional teams.
- Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field





Experience

- Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
