Pull and validate standard costs for manufactured products.Collaborate with plant operations to develop accurate standard cost estimates.Update BOM, understand routing and run times by sub-assembly, and identify operational inefficiencies.Develop should-cost estimates for suppliers, considering advantages of scale, vertical integration, efficiency, and SGA&P; markups.Create make-vs-buy business cases at both full cost and variable cost to drive informed business decisions.Support procurement, engineering, and other business functions to improve overall performance.What are we looking for:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.




- At least 2 years of experience in dealing with standard cost or product costing details.
- Spoken and written English.Able to carry on a conversation without difficulty.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with cost estimation tools and software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.
- Familiarity with supplier cost structures and market dynamics.
