Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources.
- Design dashboards and interactive reports for stakeholders.
- Evaluate the impact of initiatives using KPIs and analytical models.
- Improve and maintain Power BI dashboards to ensure reliable, consistent and continuous data.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Support key partners with agile and timely data analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Latin America.
- Drive internal culture to automate dashboards and facilitate trainings.
- Stay up to date with trends in analytics, BI, and digital transformation.

Skills





- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or related.
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience as Data Analyst or Business Analytics Analyst.
- Power BI: data preparation, modelling, visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel; SQL and Python are desirable.
- Business oriented: understanding of business processes, strategic goals, and key metrics.
- Experience in FMCG industry is desirable.
- Languages: Spanish and Intermediate level of English.
