Apeiron Sumus is looking for a Solution Assessment Specialist with advanced to native English proficiency to join our team focusing on Microsoft technology services, based in Mexico City.The adecuado candidate is someone with high energy, a curiosity about the industry, and tenacity and has previous Microsoft Technology sales experience.This person will bring new ideas, think outside the box, have a deep passion for the role and create ways to attain new accounts.Responsibilities:Project & Delivery Support – Proven ability to support project delivery by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment on expectations and outcomes.Strategy & Planning – Supports pre‐sales and pipeline generation.Identifies and reviews new engagements, advising on which are strategically worth pursuing.Establishes the benefits of Solution Assessments.Discovery Tool Expertise – Advises customers on solution assessment type using appropriate assessment tools.Engage with Sales Teams and customers to elaborate on the benefits, reach, and requirements of an assessment to confirm their interest.Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness regarding Solution Assessments.Coordinate in‐person meetings and calls between the new clients,



Account Executives and extended Sales Team.Customer support – Answer calls and emails from clients, identify opportunities and make suggestions for future or new products or services.Professional and Technical competencies:Hands‐on experience with multiple sales techniquesExperience with Microsoft Office and CRM softwareFamiliarity with MS Cloud and PowerBIUnderstanding of sales performance metricsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skillsSelf‐Direction and a focus on quality, with the ability to apply independent judgment to accomplish objectivesDesirable Certifications:Microsoft Certified | Azure Fundamentals | AZ‐900Microsoft 365 Certified | Fundamentals | MS‐900Microsoft Certified | Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) | MB‐910Personal Profile:Required languages: English (advanced or native level proficiency)Educational level: Bachelor's degreeSpecial conditions or requirements: Open to work on a global environment with different cultures and languagesThis is an on‐site positionAbout Apeiron Sumus:Apeiron is a Microsoft Partner dedicated to provide specialized services around customer cloud transformation.
