Our Human Resources team is looking for a motivated, creative, and analytical HR Intern to support learning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with a U.S.-based leader and local team on global projects related to learning communications, competency frameworks, career development, organizational climate, and change management while gaining exposure to a multinational work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and communication of learning and development initiatives across the in creating and maintaining competency catalogs, with a focus on soft skills aligned to career paths and employee development.
Collaborate on the design, coordination, and communication of training programs and learning resources.
Support organizational climate initiatives by assisting with employee surveys, data collection, reporting, and action planning.
Contribute to change management activities by preparing communication materials and supporting stakeholder engagement efforts.
Develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for training and talent development learning and engagement data to identify trends and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams and support global HR projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Eligible to complete a professional internship as part of the academic program
English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Power
Point and Excel
Demonstrates initiative, creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a integral environment
