Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners across LATAM (YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, local crypto communities);
- Identify, onboard, and scale high‑performing affiliates to drive user acquisition for cloud mining products (hashrate / mining plans);
- Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution: outreach, negotiation, content planning, tracking setup, and performance optimization;
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure localized, compliant, and effective campaigns ;
- Monitor partner performance, market trends, and competitor activity to continuously improve conversion and ROI.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of LATAM crypto and social media landscape (especially Brazil, Mexico, Argentina);




- Proven experience in KOL / affiliate BD, influencer marketing, or partnerships in crypto, fintech, or related industries;
- Track record of sourcing and scaling performance‑driven partnerships ;
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese , with working proficiency in English;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and execution skills;
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to manage campaigns and optimize performance;
- 2–4+ years of relevant experience;
- Familiarity with AI tools for partner sourcing, content briefs, and workflow automation .
