We are seeking a highly accomplished Operations Executive to lead large-scale automotive manufacturing operations within a fast-paced, high-volume sewing environment.

This role is designed for a transformational leader with proven success managing complex multi-site operations, large labor organizations, and world-class manufacturing performance.

Scope of responsibility:• +8,000 employees• 4 manufacturing locations• Automotive cut & sew / trim operations• Full operational accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost• Strategic leadership of plant management teams• Operational excellence and continuous improvement culture• Executive interaction with regional and general leadership

The ideal candidate will bring:• Extensive experience in automotive sewing manufacturing (Mandatory)• Strong multi-site leadership background• Proven ability leading large manufacturing organizations• Experience driving KPI performance in high-volume operations• Advanced leadership, business acumen, and change management capability• Availability and flexibility for relocation
