**Requirements**:- **7+ years of experience** working with backup technologies (Actifio is a must-have, primary skill).
- Hands-on experience with **Backup & Recovery** design, requirement gathering, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in **Actifio & TSM**: configuration, modification, restore procedures, replication management, and SLA handling.
- Strong knowledge in **Disaster Recovery planning and procedures**.
- Experience with **performance monitoring, resource optimization, alerts setup, and report customization**.
- Hands-on experience with **Report Manager (RM)** and **Actifio General Manager (AGM)**.
- Proficiency in managing **replication tests, data recovery (mount, clone, restore)**, and SLA templates/policies.
- **Advanced English** (mandatory).
- Must be **based in Guadalajara** (hybrid work).




**Preferred Skills**:- TSM v6.0 - v8.1.1 installation, configuration, and upgrades on Windows/Unix/Linux environments.
- Backup policies for file systems, SQL, VMware, Oracle.
- High Availability, Failover, and Disaster Recovery implementation.
