**About the Role**We're looking for a strategic and data-driven professional to join the Delivery Commercial Operations team in LATAM as a Senior Strategy & Planning Associate.In this role, you'll champion product adoption and drive demand generation through scalable strategies and tools.You'll work at the intersection of strategy, product, operations, and data-collaborating closely with regional and global teams.Your focus will be to identify high-impact opportunities, support product rollouts, and empower commercial teams with clear, actionable insights to help merchants grow.
**What You'll Do**- Act as a regional product champion for Offers: support rollouts, gather feedback, manage escalations, and promote adoption- Lead planning cycles: define annual and quarterly targets, align with incentive plans, and benchmark against competitor offerings- Enable commercial teams: lead office hours and training sessions, share best practices, and offer consultative support for campaign optimization- Design and scale adoption strategies across managed and unmanaged merchants, ensuring alignment with local and global goals- Build and maintain performance dashboards,



automated tools, and offer recommendation systems- Support the commercial organization with data analysis and insights to inform execution and unlock growth opportunities**What You'll Need**- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders- Experience presenting to large audiences and driving alignment across teams- Solid analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Sheets and SQL- Organizational strength to manage multiple projects and deadlines- Strategic mindset with an ability to move into execution when needed- Fluency in English and Spanish**Preferred Qualifications**- 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Planning, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Marketing Ops, or Consulting- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)- Experience with product enablement and commercial tooling- Exposure to regional or integral cross-functional environments- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing effectively in fast-paced settings
