GlobalSource IT has a direct end client that has a need for an Epicor iScala consultant to work remote for 6-12 months.

We require a consultant specialized in the Epicor iScala ERP system, with proven experience in implementation, upgrade, migration, and functional-technical support projects.

- Provide functional and technical support for the Epicor iScala ERP across Financials, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Logistics modules.
- Configure, parameterize, and maintain processes within iScala, including business workflows, catalogs, and data structures.
- Implement integrations between iScala and other legacy systems (Service Connect or other integration tools).
- Support functional testing, UAT, and process documentation, training key users as needed.




- Collaborate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, FP&A;, Logistics, and Customer Service teams in Mexico to resolve system issues.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Epicor iScala (versions 2.0 to 5.0 / 2023.1), in functional and/or technical roles.
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English.
