We are hiring a Full Stack Developer for a U.S. financial services firm, and compliance experience is a must for this role.

For almost 30 years, this company has helped clients with life insurance, annuities, and retirement accounts. Now they are building the internal AI systems that will run their day to day operations, and they need someone who already knows what it means to work with sensitive data and build it right the first time.

This is not a small side project. This is core infrastructure for a company that manages real client money, and that makes it one of the most meaningful builds you can add to your resume.

What you will build:

- A local AI server that never touches the public internet
- A system that turns meeting recordings into clear action items for the team
- Dashboards that show managers exactly what needs attention today
- A safe connection between your local system and Salesforce
- An internal recording system for calls and meetings
- A tool that flags old client accounts ready for review





Tools you will use: Python, Salesforce API, Ollama, Open WebUI, Whisper, PostgreSQL

- Have shipped backend systems in production
- Have experience in a compliance heavy environment like finance, insurance, banking, or healthcare
- Feel comfortable working in local, offline infrastructure
- Have strong instincts around data security

Pay: $20 to $30 USD per hour
