Oracle EBS Business Systems Analyst (BSA)Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Business Systems Analyst to support multiple concurrent Oracle dataconversion and integration initiatives. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, technicalteams, project management, and external partners throughout the full conversion lifecycle.The ideal candidate combines strong Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials knowledge with hands-on data conversion,validation, troubleshooting, reconciliation, testing, documentation, and business analysis capabilities. StrongFinance knowledge is essential; Supply Chain experience is valuable but secondary.Key Responsibilities• Review and validate legacy data received for conversion, ensuring required formats and business requirementsare met.• Support conversion of master and financial data such as Customers, Vendors, Items, Open AP Invoices, OpenAR Invoices, Item Demand History, and Inventory on Hand.• Prepare Oracle sandbox environments for mock and production conversions, including required configurations,access, and backend setup.• Execute data loads into Oracle during mock and production conversion cycles.• Troubleshoot conversion issues, identify root causes, coordinate corrections, rerun processes, and reconcileconverted data.• Manage testing activities and documentation, including Jira tickets, test evidence, and artifacts required for CABapproval.• Support post-conversion validation with business stakeholders and ensure successful closure of each conversioncycle.• Gather and document business and technical requirements for Oracle-related initiatives.• Perform process analysis, identify gaps, map legacy and target-state business processes, and contribute tosolution design.• Collaborate with legacy-company personnel, third-party extraction teams, PMO, business users,



and IT teamsacross multiple simultaneous conversions.Required Background• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2.• Strong Oracle Financials experience, particularly AP, AR and GL; Fixed Assets (FA) is highly valuable.• Hands-on experience with ERP data conversion, migration, loading, validation, troubleshooting, andreconciliation.• SQL experience for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.• Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes.• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate technical concepts into clear, simple language.• Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple conversion initiatives concurrently.• Availability to work 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST.Preferred Qualifications• Oracle Supply Chain experience with OM, PO and INV.• Experience with Jira and Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.• Toad experience.• Experience converting data from acquired or legacy companies into Oracle.• Experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams.Soft Skills – Critical for SuccessWe value kindness, patience, collaboration, and strong communication.
