FertilyMed, an international fertility clinic with European management based in **Puerto Cancún**, is seeking a **Deputy Clinic Director** to join its leadership team.
**Profile**
We are looking for a **reliable, structured, results-oriented professional** with experience in the medical/healthcare field—**preferably in fertility / IVF / reproductive medicine**—capable of supporting the clinic's operational and financial governance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct support to General Management and Medical Direction
- Operational coordination of clinical and administrative areas
- Oversight of internal processes, protocols, and workflows
- Cost control, operational budgeting, and resource optimization
- Coordination and management of multidisciplinary teams
- Continuous process improvement and performance control
- Support in implementing growth and development strategies




**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in healthcare management roles
- **Preferably experience in fertility / IVF / reproductive medicine**:
- Strong sense of responsibility and decision-making reliability
- Cost awareness and operational financial management skills
- Proven ability to coordinate teams and work in structured environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- **Fluent English (mandatory)**:
- Fluent Spanish; Italian is a plus
- On-site presence in Cancún
**Compensation**
- **Fixed salary**:USD 3,000 net per month**:
