- Adjudicate claims; Verify contract coverage and eligibility to NESNA policies, ascertain parts and labor charges, provide preapprovals, facilitate third-party and TechCam inspections, secure vendor parts, and ensure optimal part warranty coverage throughout policy.
- Perform appropriate research with available tools to adjudicate claims, provide assistance to service contract policy holders & repair facilities, and approve claims according to NESNA policy & procedure.
- Leverage mechanical acumen & resources to provide proper labor and parts repair approvals.
- Conduct transactions according to NESNA policies & procedures to ensure proper use of Company funds.
- Ensure repair claims are completed in a timely manner; Facilitate third party obligations to completion; Follow-up to achieve commitments.
- Document all claims and communications in appropriate systems.
- Achieve claims management & quality KPIs as assigned.
- Promote positive work environment within a large team.

decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced oral and written English required.

Years of Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years automotive technical experience at dealership or manufacturer preferred.
- One or more years of directly related experience at a professional level.

Education**
- High School or equivalency, bachelor's degree in a related discipline is valued.
**4.
Specific Course/Certifications**
- Demonstrated mechanical acumen (i.e. ASE Certification or equivalent).
