**Job Description**:
**What will you do?
**
- Implement product engineering initiatives efficiently, under corporate policies, procedures, and specifications to produce within the parameters of quality and target cost.
- Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on the production line.
- Collaborate with all departments of the plant to find the root cause and solution of problems related to design, quality, suppliers, product, or process.
- Promote Design for Manufacturability philosophy and simplify complex specifications into logical design requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and project communication, representing engineering in cross-functional activities.
**What we look for**:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably in industrial refrigeration.
- Ability to travel 5 to 10%.
- Preferred: Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
- HVAC or manufacturing experience is a plus.
