- Provide coaching to engineers and support to the Subdiscipline Manager ensuring we are following the processes
- Ensure team is following CPCP and design &process; requirements / best practices
- Harmonization and standardization of documents with EMEA / LATAM / APAC *Ensure a successful launch and support CST / Warranty activity
- Develop core DFMEA / DVP&R;/ EKF rules and ensure documents are utilized
- Review and validate DFMEA / DVP&R;
and obtain Subdiscipline Manager/Discipline Manager approval of changes
- Review initial / final CCD's and IAA's
- System ownership
- Support PC / DR /SR
- Conduct design reviews and ensure best practice compliance (e.g.., BIW checklist)




- Review compliance reports
- Planning for future proyects
- Review rework procedures
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- A minimum of 8 year of automotive industry experience in automotive sheet metal components
- Knowledge NX/TC.
- Good understanding between EBOM/CODEP/STV/TCR.
- Excellent communication skills, excellent relationship building skills, proficient in MS Office suite of tools including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Preferred:
- DFSS Greenbelt/Blackbelt Certified
- Reactive Greenbelt/Blackbelt Certified
