We have an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join us at our diverse team.
This position will be responsible for maintaining the proper functioning of the equipment assigned, executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs at the extrusion area or other area assigned.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
1. Strictly follow up EHS procedures and standards.
2. Develop and maintain predictive and preventive maintenance master plan.
3. Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse for resource and spare parts availability.
4. Generate work orders and assign them based on the workload and capacity of the technical team.
6. Monitor and follow up on maintenance activity completion.
7. Analyze recurring failures and propose corrective and improvement actions.
8. Keep information up to date in the maintenance management system (CMMS).
9. Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance compliance.
**Background & Skills**:
- Minimum of an AA degree or equivalent from Technical School and 6 months related experience on Danfoss products
- Electromechanics or Mechatronic Technical Degree (Engineer career is a plus)
- Experience of 1 year (preferably) on same position
- Experience and skill in handling mechanical tools, electrical and electronic Measurement equipment.
- Basic PLC programming skills
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes




- Outstanding safety record and approach to behavioral based safety using proper PPE are requirements
