We are seeking a passionate and experienced UX Designer & Researcher to elevate our user experience and drive impactful research insights.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead user research initiatives with 6 to 8 years of proven experience.
- Develop and create engaging UX/UI designs for diverse projects, utilizing 6+ years of design expertise.
- Excel in a dynamic environment with a blend of competencies, showcasing 5+ years of adaptability.
- Create visually appealing design elements and prototypes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Implement design principles such as design thinking and double diamond methodologies.
- Utilize design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite effectively.
- Analyze user feedback and design tests using Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, and Qualtrics.
- Collaborate across teams, bringing familiarity with the product development process and programming languages' influence on design.
***Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design and research.




- Domain experience UX design, UI design and Research experience, Design thinking, and the Double Diamond.
Testing tools
- Advanced English proficiency C1- C2 is required.
- Expertise in design thinking, double diamond, UCD, and other design principles.
- Expertise using design software Figma and Adobe suite.
- Expertise using research and testing tools like Optimal Workshop, Pendo, Qualtrics, MUIQ, Hotjar,
etc.
- Exceptional soft skills: proactive, empathetic, responsible, and committed to teamwork.
- A curious mindset and strong communication abilities.
