**Job Title: Restaurant Maitre d', Opening Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the opening of the restaurant, ensuring all aspects of the operation are set up and ready for service.
- Manage the cost of goods sold (COGS) and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Lead and supervise the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for restaurant operations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Maintain cleanliness,



organization, and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Maitre d' or similar role, with a focus on restaurant openings.
- Strong understanding of cost management principles and experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of local and international cuisine is a plus.
