Be part of our team that values a wide range of perspectives and is committed to shaping a better world with every product we : GuadalajaraWorkplace type: HybridAs a Collection Analyst LATAM, you will support the accounts receivable and collections processes across LATAM, ensuring timely and effective collection of past due accounts, accurate cash application, and resolution of discrepancies while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.What will you do:Perform timely and effective collection of past due accounts to reduce DSO and support cash flow objectivesProcess, post, and apply customer payments in SAP, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation with open itemsInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including overpayments, short payments, and deductionsReconcile customer accounts and ensure integrity of accounts receivable recordsCommunicate with customers to follow up on payments and resolve disputes professionallyCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Credit, Accounting, Treasury) to resolve billing and payment issuesMonitor collections performance and escalate significant delinquencies or risks when necessaryMaintain accurate documentation, notes, and customer account recordsSupport invoice delivery, customer portals, and exception handling processesParticipate in process improvement initiatives and support special projectsWhat you will bring:Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field1 to 5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, cash application,
