Responsibilities
Understand Inteva motor portfolio to support/work as an application engineer for NA customers.
Analyze and understand customer technical requirements, develop a conformity matrix, and propose products for RFQ.
Develop Inteva DVPR ensuring alignment with customer specifications.
Support business pursuit activities, analyze RFQ packages, and develop eBOMs.
Create DFMEAs.
Follow test and validations through DV, PV phases, analyze results, and develop solutions to any validation challenges.
Engage in regular communication with NA customers, US-based applications teams for Motors/Electronics and Window Regulators, and Inteva motors and electronics core engineers in India and France.
Follow Inteva PDP (Product development process) and meet all gate review requirements.

Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
(Preferred)
Knowledge of engineering design of motors and electronics.
(Preferred)
Knowledge of design of molded parts.
Advanced English.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Travel up to 25% both domestically and internationally to support the business.
