We are seeking aSenior AI Engineerspecializing in Open Telemetry Observability to design and implement robust observability solutions across distributed and multi-agent systems.
In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Python engineering and GenAI technologies to build scalable, well-instrumented AI platforms.Design and implement Open Telemetry Observability solutions for distributed tracing and multi-agent systems Develop,



package and binarize Python applications to support core software engineering needs Build and integrate GenAI technologies with agentic development frameworks Conduct agentic evaluations to ensure performance and reliability of AI systems Implement distributed processing workflows using frameworks such as Ray and Kubernetes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver observable and maintainable AI solutions Optimize multi-agent observability pipelines for scalability and accuracy 3+ years of experience in core software engineering with Python, including development, packaging and binarizing Deep implementation experience in Open Telemetry Observability for distributed tracing and multi-agent observability Expertise in GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks Background in agentic evaluations Skills in distributed processing frameworks such as Ray and Kubernetes English proficiency at B2 level or higher
