The MissionWe are seeking an exceptional Principal Architect to join our growing Cloud Architecture &Engineering; team.The right candidate is someone who has deep expertise in cloud architectureand is passionate about working with our customers, partners, and colleagues to driveinnovation forward.Your mission will be to work alongside Caylent's Engineers, Architects,Sales, and Project Managers to deliver AWS solutions across our diverse and forward-thinkingcustomer base.You'll work with the latest technologies and support customers looking to bringcutting-edge ideas to market.Your Assignments● Serve as a technical advisor and thought leader across multiple workstreams andstrategic customer engagements.
● Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and design high-impact, cloudsolutions.
● Lead discovery sessions, create and present technical artifacts, and define long-termarchitectural strategy.
● Guide small teams or oversee larger teams through implementation and delivery.
● Contribute to Agile ceremonies and provide architectural direction across internal andexternal projects.
● Create and share public-facing content that showcases Caylent's innovation andtechnical leadership.
● Support pre-sales through proposal development, scoping, and technical estimation.
● Mentor Architects and Engineers across projects and practices to elevate technicalexecution and growth.
● Represent Caylent with delivery excellence and deep technical leadership.Your QualificationsCore Consulting QualificationsCustomer Experience● Builds trust with senior stakeholders through transparency, strategic updates, andreliable delivery.

reinforcing alignment andproposing actionable next steps.Technical Qualifications● 5+ years of experience as an Architect in enterprise environments, preferably in aconsulting capacity.
● Ability to clearly communicate technical objectives and solutions while cultivatingprofessional client relationships.
● Demonstrated critical and strategic thinking across business, product, and technicalchallenges.
● Strong expertise in serverless development using API Gateway, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS,and CloudFront.
● Hands-on experience managing AWS environments and implementingInfrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
