Were looking for a NOC & Incident Manager.Technology only matters when it works.When systems fail, customers notice.Regulators notice.Businesses stop.Were looking for someone who thrives in that reality.As our NOC & Incident Manager, you will own the availability, stability, and operational continuity of a mission-critical financial infrastructure.You will lead a 24/7 Network Operations Center, coordinate major incident response, and build the processes that keep our services resilient, compliant, and always on.This role is for someone who can remain calm during critical incidents, make decisions with limited information, and bring together infrastructure, development, security, and operations teams to restore services quickly and effectively.What youre do: Lead and evolve a 24/7 NOC operation with clear SLAs and escalation processes.Drive incident management from detection to resolution and post-incident reviews.Coordinate critical incidents across internal teams and external partners.Ensure operational readiness for AWS and on-premise environments.Strengthen monitoring, observability,



business continuity, and disaster recovery capabilities.Maintain compliance with financial regulatory requirements, including Banxico and CNBV standards.Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.What were looking for: 5+ years of experience in NOC, Infrastructure, or Operations leadership roles within financial services or telecommunications.Deep understanding of hybrid infrastructures, including AWS and on-premise environments.Experience managing major incidents, service restoration, and executive communications.Strong technical foundation across servers, networks, databases, and observability platforms.Leadership experience managing high-performing technical teams.AWS certifications and ITIL knowledge are highly valued.If you enjoy solving complex operational challenges, leading through incidents, and building resilient technology environments, wed like to meet you.
