We're looking for anInternal Operations Managerto own the day-to-day operational engine of Hire Overseas.
Your core focus will be contractor operations and internal systems — managing the full lifecycle of our contractors and associates, keeping internal processes running cleanly, and building the tools and documentation that allow the team to scale without things breaking.This is a hands-on, execution-first role.
You will not inherit a fully built playbook.
You will build processes from scratch, troubleshoot problems independently, and use AI tools to work faster and more efficiently.

and CRM toolsInternal Systems and Process ManagementBuild and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and internal workflows from scratchIdentify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in day-to-day operations and fix them proactivelyManage tools and data tracking across Notion, Slack, and CRM platforms, keeping everything clean, current, and accessibleBuild automations and internal tools using Claude AI, Claude Cowork, or similar AI platforms to reduce manual work and improve team efficiencyProcurement and LogisticsHandle procurement requests including sourcing, ordering, and tracking equipment and supplies for contractors and internal team membersCoordinate device setup and management as neededManage vendor relationships and operational logistics independentlyClient Coordination SupportCoordinate directly with clients on contractor-related needs including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing supportServe as a reliable and professional point of contact between clients and internal operations for day-to-day operational mattersSupport client onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure a smooth handoff experienceReporting and Operational VisibilityMaintain operational dashboards and trackers using Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM toolsTrack key operational metrics and surface issues to leadership proactivelyKeep internal databases accurate and audited across all toolsWhat You Bring3 or more years of experience in operations, project management,
