**Responsibilities**:- Analyzes, implements,



and supports the EPS Radius Packaging Suite ERP to meet the needs of the Supplies business.Solves highly complex business issues and problems with automated systems such as Auto Count 4D (AC4D)- Manages a list of open issues with the vendor, EPS- Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems- Produces reports using query and adaptable reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff.
- Supports system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying.
- Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer.
**Qualifications**:- Preferred Education:- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.Advanced degree preferred.
- Preferred Work Experience (years):- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience- Key Skills and Competencies:- Excellent communication skills- Experience with end user issues- Demonstrated technical experience- Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects- Demonstrated experience trouble shooting- Experience developing new systems and tools- Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures- Advanced analytical skills- Demonstrated Project Management skills- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment- Experience identifying and implement process improvements
