- Our facility located in **Puebla, MX** is looking for a highly motivated **IT Engineer** to join our team!
What you'll do- Assist in root cause analysis, ensure timely contingency execution, and support remediation.Resolve 1st-level support issues, escalating as needed.
- Implement and manage data backup/recovery.Perform risk analysis, identify failure modes, ensure contingencies, and validate high availability/redundancies.
- Manage IT projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to company/regulatory policies, including IT security.
- Maintain detailed documentation, process definitions, and contribute to end-user and team training.
