WHO WE AREWorking together, growing together, creating new things together: EDAG connects people and the future.Company and workforce share the same vision.With a familiar atmosphere and at the same time the potential of a integral world‐class development company.You'll go your own way in your career at a high level – nationally and internationally.Take your next step and support us as a E/E QUALITY ENGINEER.DESCRIPTIONVerification of the implementation of product/process specifications, test instructions, as well as process regulations and quality regulations.Perform the evaluation of supplier's parts within the different commodities.Ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according the standards through inspections, audits, etc.Validate timelines, deliveries and all requirements are met during the different steps of the launch process.Check the status of capability study results, FMEA measures implementation, special characteristics assurance.Review new quality specification releases with process partners, their implementation timeline and define responsibilities.Maturity evaluation of individual build phase, including changes (engineering and process changes).




Coordinate activities with process and production associates regarding first part releases for each build phase.Execution of traceability stress tests within the scope of validation events – hardware (e.g. on parts) and software (information telegrams).
Status monitoring and reporting.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.3+ years of experience inside the industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, production and/or similar positions.Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (IATF ***** and/or ISO ****).
Good knowledge of problem‐solving tools (8Ds).
Experience with E/E commodities.Knowledge in SAP.Good knowledge of production process and product release.Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing) and Six sigma tools.Experience with Project Management tools.Good knowledge of Non‐conforming processes and material management.Certified Quality auditor under ISO ***** (desirable).
Handling of KPIs and reporting.Gather technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements.Fluent English (Conversational level).6 month contract.
