- Reimagine existing designs for social formats, occasionally dropping visuals into mockups or resizing assets for each platform.
- Use and maintain pre-made templates for content like press features, blog highlights, and company updates.
- Collaborate closely with our Social Media Strategist to bring content ideas to life from concept to posting.
- Ensure design consistency across all channels while tailoring layouts to each platform's requirements.
- Contribute fresh,



creative ideas for how we present our work and company culture online.
- This is a fractional role of about 20 hours per week, offering flexibility while working independently and delivering polished, on-brand content.
**NEEDED EXPERTISE**- Solid experience as a Visual or Social Designer, ideally at a mid to early senior level.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in digital or social design.
- Figma proficiency, absolutely essential for day-to-day design work.
- Knowledge of After Effects is a plus, especially for motion or animated content.
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple formats, sizes, and channels.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to brand detail.
