Responsibilities

- Manage the operational safety, availability and reliability of the plant physical assets
- Oversee the development, implementation and management of documented reliability and asset integrity strategies
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Site Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001, PSM, SARI, NSF, KOSHER, etc.)
- Manage the budget allocated to the Reliability and Asset Integrity team
- Manage the personnel in the Reliability & Asset Integrity team
- Support the planning team to keep the SAP database updated
- Oversee the development, implementation and management of reliability-based maintenance and inspection programs
- Drive the use of Proactive (Predictive and Preventive) Maintenance techniques
- Identify the reliability and asset integrity activities that must be performed by external contractors
- Lead and promote the drive for continuous improvement




- Manage reliability and asset integrity performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Availability, Risk of Failure)

Requirements

- Mechanical, Integrity, Reliability or related Engineering
- Minimum 12 years in maintenance, reliability or integrity of assets in the chemical or petrochemical industry
- Good working knowledge of API, ASME, NFPA, ISO 55000, ASTM, ISO 4406 standards
- Experience with failure analysis, RCM, FMEA, RCA
- Good working knowledge of maintenance management software (SAP PM) and data analysis (Power BI, advanced Excel) tools
- Good working knowledge of reliability and mechanical integrity software
- Good working knowledge of predictive techniques: vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound
- Language: English-B1
