the talent acquisition interviewer is responsible for the effective selection and hiring of qualified personnel. Performing behavioral and competency-based interviews and assessments for the various operative roles while building the value of our brand.

job responsibilities and functions

- conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand utilizing various interview techniques (competency & behavioral based interviews).
- perform english level assessments utilizing the common european framework for the reference of languages.
- compliance with the operative hiring requirements and overall objectives of the area.
- follow-up with the internal transfer of operative personnel.
- analyze the candidate’s job application results for the selection of qualified personnel.
- assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions.
- generate and update applicant tracking report, daily candidate flow and overall candidate profiling.




- punctual follow-up with interviewed candidates (candidate feedback).
- send the consent forms to our internal and external clients and meet the deadlines required by the clients.

specialized knowledge and experience

- bachelor's degree (desirable)
- experience with different ats tools
- intermediate-advanced english level
- specialized knowledge: related human resources experience
- computer knowledge: microsoft office
- experience: 1+ years experience in the talent acquisition activities.
