about those days

those days is a creative marketing company helping artists, brands, and cultural organizations earn attention online.

we build campaigns across tiktok, instagram, youtube, creator communities, fan pages, ai content, and digital culture.

today we work primarily with the music industry. Over time we'll apply the same creative and marketing systems to brands, sports, tourism, film, and other industries.

- we're a small team building from the ground up. That means everyone has ownership, moves fast, and helps shape how the company operates.

the role

we're looking for our first campaign manager.

your job is simple: make sure every campaign gets delivered at the highest possible standard.

you'll coordinate creators, editors, designers, ai operators, and clients while keeping projects organized, moving, and on schedule.

you'll work closely with the founders to turn ideas into systems, improve workflows, and help build the operational backbone of the company.

you'll be solving problems every day, improving processes, and helping build a company from scratch.

responsibilities

* own the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish.

* build and manage relationships with creators, fan pages, community admins, editors, and other digital partners.

* continuously grow and organize our network across genres, countries, platforms, and online communities.

* identify emerging trends, fandom behaviors, and cultural moments that can become marketing opportunities.

* develop creative activation ideas that feel native to each artist, community, and platform.

* coordinate campaign execution across internal and external collaborators.

* maintain direct communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring projects move forward smoothly.

* review campaign performance, document learnings, and improve future executions.





* help design better workflows, systems, and ai-powered processes as the company grows.

* take full ownership of your projects and operate with a high level of independence.

what we're looking for

* passionate about music, internet culture, and how content spreads online.

* deep understanding of fandoms, niche communities, memes, and digital behavior.

* strong creative instincts and the ability to generate organic marketing ideas.

* excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* highly independent, proactive, and comfortable making decisions without constant direction.

* strong written and verbal communication skills in english and spanish.

* experience working with creators, fan communities, influencer marketing, community management, social media, or digital marketing.

* curious about ai and excited to integrate new tools into everyday work.

* no specific degree required. We care much more about your experience, curiosity, and ability to execute.
