We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team with a leading wholesale apparel company. This role will be key in processing vendor invoices and payments, expense reports and credit card transactions in this high-volume environment.

Location: Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico

Responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices and payments, expense reports, and credit card transactions in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Experience with SAP ERP system is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Advance English Level




- Valid Visa
- Ability to identify and resolve problems independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the wholesale or apparel industry is a plus.

Compensation

$6,500 to $7,500 mxn net weekly based on experience
