Role Description The Chief of Staff is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico. This position supports the executive team in setting priorities, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective execution across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating leadership meetings, tracking key projects and metrics, preparing presentations and strategic briefs, and facilitating communication between teams. The Chief of Staff will manage special cross-functional projects, help streamline decision-making processes, and identify operational improvements that support Omica’s growth and impact. This role also involves representing leadership in selected internal and external engagements,



maintaining alignment on company goals, and supporting organizational planning and governance.
Qualifications

- Strategic planning and execution skills, including experience supporting senior leadership in setting and tracking organizational priorities.
- Operational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort working with data, metrics, and structured reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level presentations, memos, and briefings.
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Relevant experience in technology, healthcare, or AI-focused organizations is highly beneficial; prior experience in a Chief of Staff, consulting, or operations role is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, public policy, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English, and willingness to work on-site in Mexico City.
