Our client is a growing talent solutions and workforce management organization based in Monterrey, Actual León, supporting international clients with recruitment and staffing services across multiple industries. As the company continues to expand, it is seeking a Talent Acquisition Head to lead recruitment operations, optimize hiring processes, and help drive organizational growth.

- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, driving performance, coaching, process improvement, and recruiting excellence. This is a leadership role focused on building a scalable recruiting function rather than personally filling every position.
- Own hiring across both internal corporate positions and client delivery teams.
- Manage end-to-end hiring for internal and client-facing roles.
- Partner with business leaders and international stakeholders to define hiring strategy.
- Work directly with US-based stakeholders and hiring team.
- Lead high-volume, cohort-based recruiting initiatives while maintaining hiring quality and candidate experience.
- Own and optimise the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity, adoption, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Establish a regular recruiting reporting cadence, using recruiting metrics to identify trends, forecast hiring needs, and improve performance.
- Coach and develop recruiters through regular feedback, training, and performance management.




- Continuously improve recruiting processes to support rapid organisational growth.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing, screening, reporting, and recruiter productivity.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.

Perfil buscado

A successful Talent Acquisition Head should have:

- C1 minimum for English
- Proven experience in a BPO, RPO, staffing agency, or recruitment outsourcing environment is required.
- At least 5 years in recruitment, 2 leading a team.
- Experience coaching, developing, and managing recruiting teams.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes.
- Experience with high-volume hiring environments.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and hiring team.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
- Strong focus on recruitment metrics, analytics, and hiring outcomes.
- Ability to improve and scale recruitment operations.
- Experience leveraging AI recruiting tools and modern recruiting technologies.
