General Description

Responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for assigned direct material categories, ensuring the best balance of cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance. The role leads commercial negotiations, supplier development initiatives, market analysis, and cost optimization projects while working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to support business objectives and ensure continuity of supply.

Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality and service levels.
Evaluate, develop, and manage supplier performance.




Monitor supplier capacity, lead times, and supply continuity to minimize operational risk.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and industry trends.
Approximately 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, or Commodity Management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain and supplier management processes.
SAP knowledge is preferred.
Advanced English.

Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
