Responsible for the day-to-day SMT equipmentDefine the maintenance plans for the equipment.Develop the WIs for the SMT processes.Plan to have the SMT KPI’s on good trend.Implement and maintain the process controls for the SMT processes.Responsible for the safety of the SMT area.Perform process validations for the new products.Training all the SMT Staff, operators, and technicians.Responsible for the correct Moisture sensitive devices HandlingRequirements

Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or related field.10 years or more experience on the SMT process.Strong SMT knowledge - SMTA certification a plusHigh machine troubleshooting knowledgeProcess validation knowledge - at least Automotive level.Juki placement machines KnowledgeDemonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision‑making, work quality, and to reduce costs.
